COMPASSIONATE FOOD HAMPER PROGRAMME
The Compassionate Food Hamper Programme was started with the aim of assisting needy individuals and families from the All Saints’ Church and the Chapel of Ease in a confidential manner.
The Programme’s main area of assistance is in the provision of non-perishable foodstuff, while other requested needs are periodic and undertaken on a case-by-case basis. Appeals are made, through the weekly bulletin and reiterated by the clergy during services at All Saints and the Chapel, for parishioners to contribute food items on Sundays or to deliver to the church office. Cash donations are also accepted. On occasion, appeals are made to commercial businesses in Port of Spain and the environs.
Assessments of the persons and families in need are conducted by a Team of Outreach Volunteers from the Parish, after which proposals are made to the Programme to cater for their needs. The assessments also clearly indicate the length of time that recipients should remain on the Programme.
Food hampers are put together at the end of every month by the Facilitator and collected by the recipients at the church office.

The Mission of the Choir and Music Ministry is to enhance the communal worship of our God through music.
The All Saints' Anglican Church is one of the few remaining Anglican churches, where the beautiful music of the pipe organ still inspires and leads in congregational worship. The organ itself is over 100 years old and it is hoped that, with proper maintenance and repairs, it will continue to form an integral part of the music ministry of the church for years to come.
The Choir leads the congregation in singing at the regular Sunday Morning Services, funerals and special services. In addition, the choir has presented several anthems and cantatas, including John Stainer’s “The Crucifixion” and Handel’s “Christmas Messiah”. The Choir has performed in many churches around the country and participated in music festivals.
The Music Ministry is currently led by Paul Cort, Musical Director and Organist. The Choir meets on Wednesdays for weekly practice and for special performances, extra practices are scheduled.
